PANEER CHILLY is a very delicious fried paneer item. The paneer chilly has some rich resources of proteins and vitamin. This juicy paneer item will bring a rich taste and change in your daily routine. Indian food is famous among Indian origin people every where in the world. Paneer is a food ingredient prepared out of Milk it looks like a cheese piece when cut into pieces. The milk broken with lemon is extracted with a clothe leaving away water and moisture out of this, makes a sensible food ingredient for vegans. We will look for what are the ingredients to be used to make the paneer chilly of your choice.
Mix Corn flour 05 tbsp with 1/4 cup water and 1/4 tbsp salt make a loose paste.
Cut -03 Green Onions with leaves into small pieces.
Cabbage - 1/4 size, cut into small pieces.
Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp.
sliced green chili 1 no. cut into small pieces
sliced red chili 01 no. cut into small pieces
2 tbsp soya sauce or as needed.
1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
Water as needed
First of all cut paneer into long rectangle shaped pieces wash it then fry it on a pan after properly mixing with corn flour paste also add some oil on the sauce pan (non-stick) for frying in medium flame.
Remove it from flame and take out the pieces from pan using handler.
Keep another sauce pan or tawa on flame and add some oil, after oil got heated add capsicum pieces and stir well then add small cut pieces of onion, ginger green chilli slices, red chilli slices, and cabbage after adding oil add mix of corn flour add paneer pieces then stir properly. Add some chilli sauce and soya sauce, also add sweet and sour sauce for taste. Mix again till properly cooking. The paneer chilly is ready to use. Preparation time is 5 to 10 minutes. Keep medium flame while cooking.
You can use it with Roti, Paratha, Chapati or Boiled Rice.
